6. Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to production, and we begin processing it. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it is confirmed. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products that have been worn or washed are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Apparel with customized prints, names, logos, or embroidery cannot be returned unless it’s defective or damaged.
